Blue Tit in Acrylic Framed 2023 1

I’m thrilled to be taking part in ‘Art in the Pen’ for a third time this August.

This is a brilliant event; a collection of over 200 artists, designers and makers who showcase their work within the – thoroughly cleaned out – cattle pens of the auction mart at Skipton, North Yorkshire.

Once again, I will be exhibiting across two pens to show a wide range of original artwork, alongside prints, coasters and gifts.

Vicki Davidson at Art in the Pen 2021

Art in the Pen is a long established and very highly regarded art event, held at Skipton Auction Mart.

Established in 2005, Art in the Pen started out relatively small with just a few artists participating. The cattle pens are turned into galleries to sell arts and high quality crafts. It is the rustic and down to earth nature of the event that makes it so unique, and enduringly popular too. From very humble beginnings, this event is today one of the leading
art events in the North East.

Whether a collector or buying an artwork for the first time, Art in the Pen provides a fantastic opportunity to discover new, emerging and established talent.
