The British Art Prize is a prestigious open art competition run by Artists and Illustrators Magazine, in partnership with Adobe.

Vicki’s entry, ‘Colour Wheels’, is one of 50 finalists chosen from thousands of entries and will be exhibited in London from 17th to 21st January.

‘Colour Wheels’ is an acrylic painting with an explosion of colour and bold brush strokes which depicts a road cyclist mid-race. The semi-abstract style keeps the eye moving across the canvas.

This is Vicki’s first entry into an art competition.
