I was so excited to see two Kingfishers on a walk by the River Ure recently that I felt compelled to get back in the studio and paint one! Beautiful complimentary colours of orange and blue make this gorgeous little bird really ‘pop’ from the canvas.
Painted with acrylic paint on a deep-edged cotton canvas.
Measures 21cm x 29cm with depth of 3.5cm. Finished with a coat of UV protective varnish.
