Sending Hope Prints

£45.00

From an original acrylic painting. Painted during the global pandemic of 2020 to celebrate the children’s artwork created to lift the spirits of healthcare workers. The concept of ‘hope’ is depicted by a child creating a rainbow, bringing light and colour to a dark world. She has been playing with her teddy who wears an ‘NHS’ mask and this leads her to think about how she may contribute to the collective effort, and thus creates her rainbow picture. Of course, she uses her tin of rainbow paint to do this! All proceeds from the sale of this image (prints and cards) will go to the Therapeutic Care Team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The original painting hangs in the main atrium at The James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough.
